3. Subscription Terms

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly in advance
• Yearly subscriptions receive a 10% discount
• You may cancel your subscription at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
• Plan upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle

4. Payment Terms

All payments are processed through our payment provider. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees due. VAT is applied according to your location and company status as specified in our pricing.

5. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You agree not to share your account with unauthorized users
• You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
